Why service providers have failed to assure the quality to the customer(i mean, you)?

Suddenly there is a serious accident happened on the way, at the moment your mobile signal strength is below critical label. How does it feel to you? Don't you think this is the worse that can happen? Why people are not able to get their work done in time because of signal problem even though they pay money for that? Sometimes business may be ruined with the millions loss, simply because you are not able to get connected to concerned people in time. And the reason is very simple, our service providers are weak. Why so? They are just overwhelmed by advanced technology, without considering the quality of service?

In this article, i am going to mention the two main reasons, and solutions for all the questions rose above.

Aspect one:-
Today telecom technologies are emerging very fast. Many telecom vendors are developing their own devices with different advanced technology. Hence, people's need won't be fulfilled with the technology built by a single company. As a result of that, any service providers are forced to have the network of the devices from different telecom vendor companies. Its always difficult task to manage a heterogeneous network due to the interoperability issues in many sense, which results in high MTTR(Mean time to repair) the problem that occurs in the network elements. The best solution for this would be to have highly advanced Network management software, which can manage any complex heterogeneous network, and give the business impact analysis to the operator. By doing so, operator can come to know what is the business impact due to a small problem in the network within a small interval of time thereby reducing the MTTR (mean time to repair) the network problems.

Aspect two:-
Nowadays, the number of mobile users is growing very rapidly. Telecom service providers are not able to set the networks in correct geographical location considering the density of people using the mobile phone, or sometimes they are not able to provide sufficient network equipments (like BTS).As a result of that, the network congestion gets increased, and signal strength in many places becomes critically low. To overcome this, service providers should technically set the network devices (like BTS) to mobile phone users ratio correctly.

If both of the above mentioned facts are taken into consideration, then you needn't end up with signal problem and its consequences.
Hence, i believe, the best service provider is the one which has both of the above mentioned point.

Does this help to choose your service provider?

Nicely interpreted ....
I think all ISP's are well aware about the above facts but mostly customers who are unknown to these technical terms gets into entrap!!

I guess u trained me(aspect one atleast) for the same job and made my life hell in a service company called wipro?

hahaha ...Amartya, i didnt exactly trained you first aspect.Because, the training i gave u was for the network having alcatel elements.Which is nt the matter of concern in this article.

And, never mind,u r genius on ur own.I will also try to get u out of that hell..... :)

Anyways, thanks a lot for ur super comment :)

May be it was not exactly the same training but that helped me now atleast understand the matter what u posted!!!!!

@Amratya: yeah! thanks.

One thing to be noted, signal strength depends on the receiver capacity of your mobile.
